I’m a licensed psychotherapist in the Palo Alto area working with adults, teens and children. I provide a safe, confidential environment to examine the challenges you are facing in life. Together, we will develop new skills and strategies to create effective solutions for you.
My goal is to help you overcome your challenges, and develop a plan to move forward as quickly and safely as possible, and to provide you with the means to maintain long term solutions, and live a full, meaningful life.
